Software engineer turned CTO. 22 years across B2B SaaS, marketplaces, and enterprise platforms. 11 of those as CTO at ecratum — a procurement and supply management platform for food and packaging companies across Europe.

Before ecratum, I was part of two acquisitions — Locafox (~€13M) and kaufDA/Bonial International (~€40M, Axel Springer). Those exits taught me more about what actually matters in an engineering organisation than any book or framework.

Rosagatto is the advisory brand for my fractional CTO work through pinkcat. It exists because I want to share what I've spent 22 years learning. The knowledge that comes from shipping things, watching teams grow and fracture and grow again — it's most useful when it's helping someone else solve a real problem right now. I'm drawn to AI, machine learning, and programming languages. I love helping. I love fixing things. Most technical problems, at their core, are people problems in disguise.

Outside work I'm a family man. I live in Torino with my wife Raluca and our cat Pufi. I care about people — all kinds, wherever they are in their journey. If you have a genuine problem and want to work on it seriously, I want to hear about it.
